FenceMasters fencing workmanship in New Zealand

WEBSITE TERMS

Clear terms for
using this website.

These terms govern use of FenceMasters.co.nz and its city subdomains. A separate written quote or project agreement governs any fencing work.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

By using a FenceMasters website, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry through it.

1. General information only

Website content provides general information about fencing services, materials, possible project approaches and indicative pricing. It is not a substitute for inspecting a property, confirming a boundary, checking underground services, obtaining engineering advice or reviewing applicable council and statutory requirements.

2. Quotes and project agreements

A website enquiry is a request for information and does not create a contract. FenceMasters may ask for further information or a site review before providing a quote.

A project becomes binding only under the acceptance process stated in the written quote or project agreement. That document records the scope, assumptions, exclusions, price treatment, payment terms, timing and warranty information. If it conflicts with this website, the signed or accepted project document takes priority for that work.

3. Indicative pricing

Price tables are planning guides in New Zealand dollars and are not offers. Final pricing can change with measurements, height, access, slope, ground conditions, demolition, vegetation, gates, hardware, compliance requirements, material availability, freight and the agreed specification. GST treatment will be confirmed in the written quote.

4. Customer information

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including relevant access restrictions, known services, site hazards, ownership or boundary concerns and requirements that may affect the work. Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for the enquiry.

5. Website availability

FenceMasters may change, correct, suspend or remove website content without notice. We aim to keep information useful and current but do not guarantee that every page will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular project.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, FenceMasters owns or is authorised to use the website's branding, layout, text and media. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal project planning. You may not republish, sell, systematically copy or present website content as your own without permission.

7. Third-party websites

Links and embedded content from councils, government agencies, map providers, manufacturers or other third parties are supplied for convenience. FenceMasters does not control their availability, accuracy or terms.

8. Liability and statutory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FenceMasters is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information where a site-specific assessment was reasonably required. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by New Zealand law. New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to website use.
